Our App provides productivity tools including customizable Pomodoro timers, pre-loaded music selection, task management with note-taking capabilities, and reminder functionality. The services may be updated or modified periodically to enhance user experience.
You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method according to your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with notice.
The App provides pre-loaded music content for personal use only. Users are not permitted to upload their own music. You agree not to attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to provide the service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services for violation of these terms, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the App.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
